Souxou Mouxou Mantalakia was created in 2009. It is located in the busiest area in the center of the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia. Although the center of the capital was not as busy back then as it is now. There were just a few shops and even less people walking in the area. But the risk we took to open in such an area and our passion for culinary art paid off. We managed not only to survive but to succeed and establish our restaurant as one of the best in Cyprus.
In order to achieve that, we had to provide an exceptional customer experience from food to service and differentiate to be competitive. Our ultimate goal is to make Souxou Mouxou Mantalakia a “synonym” of high quality.
The way to move forward in life is to keep searching and getting better at what you do but what is even more important is to learn to listen to the needs of the consumer. We hope to see you soon, so that we can share together our passion for high quality gastronomy.
